About Your Instructor
For 15 years, Francine has been immersed in conscious living, meditation, yoga, and the sacred wisdom of nature. During this time, she has been a dedicated student of Dr. Joseph Michael Levry, an active member of the Giving Naam community, and a certified practitioner of Naam Yoga, the Sukshmah Method, and Harmonyum Healing. She is known for translating deep spiritual teachings into practical, heart-centered tools for everyday life and business, drawing on a grounded, multicultural perspective shaped by years of living and working with diverse communities across business, wellness, and social-impact spaces. Guided by intuitive leadership, she continually experiments with new ways of carrying these teachings into the world —through women’s circles, Meditation & Vibration classes, and signature programs that make the work accessible to different audiences while honoring the roots of the lineage.
Francine guides classes, circles, and sound baths that help students regulate their nervous systems, listen to their intuition, and reconnect with their inner strength so they can live in alignment and lead with impact.
