NEURO ACTIVATING ADVANCED MEDITATION

NAAM is a form of sound meditation designed to activate new neuronal connectivity and increase brain synchronicity that corresponds to beneficial states of focus, immunity, learning, and creativity. The calm and clarity that result from a single experience of NAAM are due in part to the profound activation of the auditory and vocal branches of the parasympathetic nervous system that counters stress. For more than 15 years, Francine has been immersed in conscious living, meditation, yoga, and the sacred wisdom of nature. She is a dedicated student of Dr. Joseph Michael Levry, an active member of the Naam community, and a certified practitioner of Naam Yoga, The Sukshmah Method, and Harmonyum Healing.

Francine is known for translating deep spiritual teachings into practical, heart-centered tools for everyday life and business, drawing on a grounded, multicultural perspective shaped by years of living and working with diverse communities across business, wellness, and social-impact spaces. She makes the work accessible to different audiences while honoring the roots of the lineage.

Her classes, circles, and sound baths help students regulate their nervous systems, listen to their intuition, and reconnect with their inner strength so they can live in alignment and lead with impact.
