Naam breathwork, movement, and meditation align the body, mind, and nervous system for optimal health. It encourages a higher form of mental, physical and spiritual self-awareness and personal development.

This is a practice that serves anyone who wants to feel more vitality, improve their organ health, stimulate the brain, and open the heart.

Class Schedule

Live in Santa Monica at Palisades Park (Ocean Ave, just south of Idaho). Class may be cancelled due to weather or poor air quality.

SUNDAY Morning: 9-10am

WEDNESDAY Midday Break: 12-1pm

FRIDAY Afternoon Club: 2-3pm PDT
Live at Palisades Park or Online (depending on conditions)
