So many of us enter the season with unconscious scripts shaped by the past.

This workshop is designed to gently rewrite those scripts.

What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural, relaxed state of focused awareness where the conscious mind quiets and the unconscious mind becomes more receptive to supportive, soothing suggestions. It is not mind control—it is a collaborative inner experience that allows you to re-pattern beliefs, release emotional tension, and rewire automatic responses.

What to expect:

We will begin by gently tuning in to your body and emotional landscape. Then you’ll be invited to lie down comfortably for a guided hypnosis session focused on releasing outdated holiday scripts and planting new ones aligned with well-being, clarity, and genuine pleasure.

We’ll close with a spacious period for integration, journaling, and optional sharing for those who feel called.

You will leave feeling clearer, grounded, and internally reset—empowered to navigate the holiday season from a place of ease, authenticity, and inner steadiness.

How to prepare:

Create a comfortable, quiet space where you can be uninterrupted for the length of the workshop. Wear comfortable clothes; have a blanket and pillow nearby. We begin seated for a few moments of introduction and Naam Meditation. Then, you’ll lay down and get comfy for the hypnosis experience (during which we request cameras ON so Dr. Allyn can see your right hand and face). We’ll end with time for optional sharing and questions.
