The easiest way to log-in is: go to: https://nyla.naamyoga.com.

Log-in with your email and password

Click on "My Courses"

Find the course titled "Jose Ajpu Munoz - Illuminate"

Scroll down and you will see today's livestreams as well as past classes.

Click on the class/name/date you want -

If this is a live class:

Click on the class/name/date you want - You will see a note that says ....."link"

Click on the word "Link" and you will be put in the waiting room to be admitted

Normally you will be admitted right at the time of the class, not prior
