The easiest way to log-in is: go to: https://nyla.naamyoga.com.

• Log-in with your email and password
• Click on "My Courses"
• Find the course titled "Kirtan FLIGHT SCHOOL with Dave Stringer"
• Scroll down and you will see today's livestreams
• Click on the class/name/date you want -

If this is a live class:

• Click on the class/name/date you want - You will see a note that says ....."link"
• Click on the word "Link" and you will be put in the waiting room to be admitted
• Normally you will be admitted right at the time of the class, not prior
